New Concept in High Voltage Opto‐diodes
The OZ100SG is a high voltage, multi‐junction, light‐sensitive, opto‐diode. Epoxy‐molded in optically clear material, it is ideally suited to be paired with light emitting diodes (LEDs) to create an opto‐coupler. Opto‐diode leakage current is generated via exposing it’s junctions to light. Sensitive to a wide range of wave‐lengths, the OZ100SG gives you the power to select the optimum LED for your application. Applications include high voltage switches, remote control circuitry, and as part of an optocoupler.

• High gain
• High isolation

OZ100SG diodes are 100% tested for Ir, and forward voltage drop, Vf.

Physical characteristics include:
• Overall small package size is very small ‐ .45” length x .180” x .180”
{11.43 mm length x 4.57 mm width x 4.57mm height}.
• RoHS compliant
• Axial‐leaded
• Hermetically sealed
