We offer both plastic and hermetic modules for industrial, military and aerospace (including space) applications. Voltages range from 55 volts to 1200 volts and continuous current ratings range from 5 amps to 600 amps. Products include bridges, bridges with integrated gate drive, speed controllers, true 4 quadrant torque amplifiers and fully isolated drivers for higher voltage applications.
