About ACME Magnetics USA, Inc.:

Acme Electronics Corporation was established on Sept. 5, 1991 as a spin-off from USI Corporation. Acme's main business is on the manufacture and sales of Mn-Zn ferrite cores. Our plant is located in Kuanyin Industrial park at Kuanyin Township, Taoyuan County. Following completion of construction and trial operation, we commenced commercial operation in 1994. Acme is now an OTC listed company. Major shareholders include USI Corporation, China Development Industrial Bank and USI Investment Co.
